Let’s take a moment for yourself, right now.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, for 3 seconds. Now, slowly release your breath through your nose, for 4 seconds. Repeat this once more. And then once more.
How did that feel?
The next time you’re brewing a cup of tea or coffee, take a break, and take 3 deep breaths. Take a moment to slow down, to bring your attention within yourself, to notice how you feel. Reconnect with your body and mind.
